Individualised training programming built specifically around you and your goals. TRAIN is for you, if you have training experience, confident in the gym, can follow a structured training programme, and can get the job done without the need for additional support or accountability. You will receive monthly training programming tailored to your goals. We will review progress and programming on a monthly basis and make adjustments monthly as required. WHATS INCLUDED: • Monthly training programming • 4 weekly workouts • Monthly review • Workouts delivered straight to your phone via mobile app • Access to coaching app to track and monitor performance and progress *Minimum 3 month commitment
