BUILD. Training in small groups of 8, is a dynamic and fun experience, whilst still allowing an individual approach. The ability to train alongside others provides the perfect environment to have fun whilst progressing your training. Our coaches will make sure you get the individual attention that you need to get where you want to be. Our programme is designed around key performance indicators to develop your fundamental movement patterns, strength and fitness levels. Utilising our unique approach to training, combining functional fitness with bodybuilding you will unlock your full potential. We are offering 4 different packages with this program to suit everyone. These are: BUILD. BASIC- 2 Sessions weekly with full coaching support BUILD. PREMIUM- 3 sessions weekly with full coaching support BUILD. UNLIMITED- attend up to 4 sessions weekly plus use of open gym at the weekend and individual calories and macros given BUILD. COMPLETE- attend up to 4 sessions weekly plus use of open gym at the weekend and individual nutrition coaching (With the BUILD.PREMIUM, UNLIMITED & COMPLETE you can mix and match between BUILD. sessions and FUNCTIONAL Fitness sessions
24 hour cancellation policy is in place. If no notice is given or you do not show up for your session you will be charged for the full session.
