Our fitness classes are still based on a small number of participants (8 max). The classes are mainly cardio-vascular focused with programming centred around our bikes, skis and other body weight movements. These sessions are 45 minutes in length and are based on team and individual workouts which is a sure fire way to level up your fitness and can also be made competitive if you wish for the added push.
24 hour cancellation policy is in place. If no notice is given or you do not show up for your session you will be charged for the full session.
